Dr. Russ Cashin is an Adjunct Professor of Social Sciences at Mohave College and an expert in Nutritional Psychology - the science of how nutrients impact mood and behavior. Dr. Russ spent six years teaching courses on health, anti-aging, and medical cannabis for Community Education at Utah Tech University. He holds a PhD (cum laude) in Nutritional Psychology and is certified in cognitive behavioral group therapy. AS an educator and speaker, he serves on the Medical Cannabis Research and Education Committee at the University of Utah to help bridge the gap between science and public awareness.
