Course Description: This training will teach you about the institution’s responsibility to provide reasonable accommodations. This training will cover employees’ rights regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and how leaders can prevent discrimination. This includes recommendations for managers on responding to requests and referring to HR for accommodation support.
