Kelly L. Boehmer is a Hard of Hearing Program Supervisor at Division of Services of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing located in Salt Lake City, Utah with 26 years of experience in working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. She first started out as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and then became a trainer and a supervisor over the years. Kelly currently holds a Masters Degree in Special Education and Rehabilitation and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for Utah and a Certified Public Manager.
