The primary purpose of this webinar is to familiarize language teachers with learner corpora, which refer to sizable compilations of texts that encompass language data produced by L2 learners. Learner corpora serve as valuable resources for creating authentic pedagogical materials. The webinar will delve into the following areas of discussion: 1) Basic concepts in corpus linguistics, 2) Pedagogical applications of corpora, esp. learner corpora, and 3) Development of data-driven activities.
